Follow-up on GoDaddy hosting

A couple of weeks ago we had to cancel our hosting account with GoDaddy. Even though they don’t return any fees paid as stated in their terms everywhere on the site, I contacted them for a refund. I explained how their hosting didn’t work out for us, sent several accident tickets we issued while trying to get it work, and a miracle – they returned the money for unused months! It was quick and effificent. So they certainly didn’t lose me as a customer.
